After signing of the contract, your solicitor will be receiving a mortgage offer and after it is signed, mortgage will start and you will be in a position to exchange contracts.



At this juncture, contract is signed by both parties and becomes a legally binding transaction. The completion date is also decided upon when you will be allowed to move in.



On completion day you will have to pay the balance amount and after confirmation of payment by seller's solicitor, keys will be handed over to you.
